The Spot
The Spot is Lafayette College’s own nightclub!
Located just down the hill from the main campus, The Spot provides an awesome space for a wide variety of events, including DJ dance parties, bands, formals, sports parties, and other special events.
The Spot complements the College’s existing social venues, giving students a new location for extracurricular life that encourages interaction among members of the campus community in a positive, safe environment. Inside The Spot you will find a dance floor, D.J. booth, professional sound and lighting systems, a bar area with a big-screen TV, and a kitchen that serves FREE food. There are also three game rooms: one with a pool table; one with air hockey, darts, and a Nintendo Wii system; and one perfect for a game of cards.
On weekend nights when the College is in session during the fall and spring semesters, Lafayette’s Office of Student Life programs runs events in conjunction with student organizations from 9 p.m. to 2 a.m. (Hours Vary)
Admission to The Spot is restricted to Lafayette students, faculty, and staff and their guests. Each student, faculty member, or staff member may bring one guest per event.
The Spot offers FREE transportation down to each event. Look out for The Spot logo on the side of the shuttle. The Spot will run on a continuous loop from the Williams Art Center, March Fields, and The Spot.

If your student organization is interested in having an event at the spot click on the Event Grant Application Link and fill it out and hand it into the Student Life Office in Farinon College Center, Room 115.
